A simple way to run timing at your Toastmasters meeting without constantly watching a stopwatch.
Set up the meeting once, then let the app guide you through the agenda, timing and report.
Choose your club by search or by Division, Area and Club. The app then checks whether your club already has saved Cue versions available.
Use the latest Club Cue, choose another saved version, or start from the Default Cue. The Cue is your agenda sequence: arrange the roles in the order they will happen during the meeting, then adjust role types and timing where needed.
If you have improved or customised the Cue, save it as a new Club Cue version on the server. It can then be reused by other members of the same club. Previous versions remain available, so a working setup is never lost.
Create an icon on your desktop or home screen. Tapping the icon will then open Vincent's Timekeeper.
Download a small launcher file. Double-clicking it opens Vincent's Timekeeper in your Windows default browser.
Apple requires one short confirmation before a website icon can be placed on the Home Screen.
Android also requires one confirmation before placing a website icon on the Home Screen.
iOS and Android do not allow a website to place an icon on the Home Screen silently. The user must confirm the shortcut once. After that, the icon can be used like an app launcher.
